Ralph Myhre Golf Course Welcomes Brennan Earls as First Assistant Golf Professional
We are excited to announce that Brennan Earls will be joining the team at Ralph Myhre Golf Course as our new First Assistant Golf Professional later this month.
A highly respected PGA Professional with an impressive background in instruction, player development, tournament operations, and club leadership, Brennan brings a wealth of experience that will benefit golfers of all ages and skill levels at Ralph Myhre.
Brennan is a PGA Class A Professional specializing in teaching and coaching and was recently named the 2026 Vermont PGA Assistant Professional of the Year, an honor awarded by his fellow PGA professionals throughout the state. He has consistently ranked among Vermont’s top golfers and has built a reputation for helping players improve their game while creating welcoming and engaging experiences for members, students, and guests.
Most recently, Brennan served as First Assistant Golf Professional at Vermont National Country Club in South Burlington. Throughout his career, he has held professional positions at several premier clubs and resorts throughout Vermont and beyond, including Burlington Country Club, Montcalm Golf Club, The Quechee Club, Quail Valley Golf & River Club, and Streamsong Resort. His experience also includes serving as Tournament Director for the Vermont Golf Association, where he helped manage more than 65 golf events statewide.
In addition to his competitive accomplishments, Brennan is particularly passionate about player development and golf instruction. He has extensive experience growing junior golf programs, conducting clinics, providing personalized coaching, and helping golfers of all abilities reach their goals. His expertise with modern teaching technology, club fitting, and player development systems will be a tremendous asset as we continue to expand our instructional offerings and programming.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brennan to Ralph Myhre Golf Course,” said Derrick Cram, Business Manager for Middlebury College Business Services. “His reputation within Vermont golf speaks for itself. Brennan brings a unique combination of teaching expertise, operational experience, competitive success, and a genuine passion for helping golfers enjoy the game. We are excited about what he will bring to our members, guests, students, and the broader golf community.”
Brennan and his family are deeply rooted in Vermont. He is the proud father of six-year-old twin daughters and is engaged to be married this fall. Outside of golf, he enjoys spending time with his family and sharing a love of the outdoors.
As we look ahead to the remainder of the 2026 season and beyond, Brennan’s addition represents an exciting step forward for our golf programs, instructional offerings, member experience, and future growth.
Please join us in welcoming Brennan Earls to Ralph Myhre Golf Course.
We look forward to seeing him on the first tee soon.
